3. Fees & Payment
Our fees are quoted upfront and are inclusive of professional charges. Government fees are additional and subject to change. Payment must be made before commencement of services.
4. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Documents and data shared with us are used solely for the purpose of providing the engaged services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any consequential losses or government rejections due to ineligible applications.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
